Marzena Iskierka is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the regulatory team. A specialist in commercial and corporate law, she focuses on M&A transactions and regulatory issues concerning the financial sector. She has been involved in providing corporate and regulatory advice in M&A transactions as well as legal assistance to domestic and foreign entities, including participants of the financial market, in respect of mergers, demergers and asset acquisitions.
