About Manuel-Peter Fringer

Manuel-Peter Fringer is a partner in the corporate/private equity department of the Munich office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP with a focus on complex cross-border M&A transactions for financial sponsors and strategic investors. Manuel has advised on a wide range of private equity as well as public and private M&A transactions, covering both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. He has also advised on carve-out transactions, joint ventures and complex corporate reorganisations for private equity portfolio companies and major corporates. Manuel is a graduate of the University of Bayreuth, where he studied law and economics. He was admitted to practise law in Germany in 2013.
