About Julian Schwanebeck

Julian Schwanebeck is counsel in the corporate department of the Frankfurt office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. His practice concentrates on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, as well as venture capital/growth investments. Julian studied law at the University of Heidelberg. Prior to joining Weil, Gotshal & Manges, he was a senior associate in the corporate law department of one of the four leading global audit and accounting firms. Julian was admitted to practise law in Germany in 2016.
