About Benjamin Rapp
Benjamin Rapp
is a tax partner in the Frankfurt office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. He advises on national and international tax law focusing on private equity and M&A investments as well as on tax-efficient reorganisations. In addition, he specialises in the structuring and implementation of management participation programmes. Benjamin is a business graduate of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and also holds a BA in business and management from the University of Hull (UK). He has been licensed as a tax adviser since 2011. Benjamin regularly publishes articles on German tax issues and is co-author of a legal commentary on corporate reorganisations.
