About Dean Robson

Dean Robson is a senior associate at Carey Olsen and advises on a wide range of civil litigation, including trusts, insolvency and commercial disputes in addition to advising on regulatory matters. He is also regularly involved with applications to the Royal Court concerning insurance transfer schemes and schemes of arrangement. Dean was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, where he was subsequently also called to the Bar. He has recently co-authored a guide to insolvency law in Jersey as well as a number of articles on trusts matters. He is a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA) and the Jersey Compliance Officers’ Association.
