About Sebastian Gröss

Sebastian Gröss is a principal associate at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz and advises on German and European competition law. A particular focus of his work is the representation of clients before German courts and the courts of the EU; in particular, cartel damages actions and abuse proceedings. In addition, Sebastian regularly advises on questions of competition law in vertical agreements. He has experience in merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office.
