About Christina Malz

Christina Malz is a counsel at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz and advises on all aspects of European and German antitrust law. Her focus is the representation of national and international clients in cartel cases and merger control proceedings before the EU Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. Recent cases include the representation of a client before the ECJ, which issued a landmark judgment on the burden of proof in cartel damage claims, and the prominent German cartel cases on rail tracks, beer, sausages and pesticides. Christina's practice encompasses the organisation of antitrust audits and the implementation of compliance programmes.
