Eduard Stein has worked on a large variety of technology transactions, including outsourcing, licensing and joint ventures. He has particular expertise in contract law, intellectual property law and privacy law, and has a strong understanding of relevant information technologies. In addition to legal expertise, Eduard holds an MBA from INSEAD, has worked as a Strategy Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and as an IT and Digital Strategy Consultant at Royal Dutch Shell, providing him with sound financial, technical and commercial footing in addition to his legal expertise.
