About Patrice Navarro

Patrice Navarro is a partner of Hogan Lovells. He is in charge of the privacy and cybersecurity Paris practice group, focusing his practice on data privacy, information technology and cybersecurity. He brings his extensive experience, and his enthusiasm for technology-related matters, in privacy issue-solving and in contract drafting in all kind of industries. Patrice has 15 years' experience, including two years' experience with a pre-eminent judicial expert at the Court of Appeal of Paris, dealing with major data protection issues such as complex health data issues. Patrice also advises clients on strategic agreements in the IT and industry sectors and with any IT issues, such as outsourcing, online compliance, internet law, blockchain and liability, SaaS or cloud solutions and software implementation.
