About Sihem Hassani

Sihem Hassani is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Paris office, and focuses her practice on privacy, cybersecurity and TMT more generally. She regularly advises clients from a wide variety of sectors (eg, e-commerce, banking, insurance, social media, industry, retail, media) on complying with data protection regulations and on matters related to cybersecurity. She has worked on projects involving complex data protection issues and cybersecurity matters, assisting both French and international clients, notably in the context of data breach or GDPR compliance projects. She has also developed an expertise in relation with cybersecurity when negotiating complex contractual agreements, particularly in the telecommunications field.
