About Kristin Charisse Siao

Kristin Charisse Siao is a corporate and M&A partner with additional expertise in tax and competition law. She has more than 12 years of experience in transaction advisory across sectors such as telecoms, energy, transportation, tech, real estate and healthcare, and is well versed in regulations governing foreign investments. Kristin previously held the role of General Counsel for one of the largest renewable energy companies in the Philippines. She has served as director and treasurer of the Tax Management Association of the Philippines and was Contact Person for the Philippines of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
