About Nick Fagge

Nick Fagge is a partner in the tax group in SRZ’s London office and advises on UK and international tax issues affecting private investment funds, their investors and managers. He also advises more generally in relation to structuring and governance issues for UK investment management companies, covering all relevant partnership and tax issues. Nick is a Chartered Tax Adviser, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of AIMA’s Tax Committee. He has written and spoken on UK, EU and international tax issues, particularly on how tax changes affect private investment funds and their UK managers.
