About George Middleton

George Middleton obtained his LLB from the University of Manchester and his LLM from King’s College London, before being admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2009. George has amassed extensive experience in all matters pertaining to complex, cross-border corporate disputes. He has been involved in various shareholders’ disputes, oppression of minority shareholders’ claims, insolvency matters, tracing actions, fraud and conspiracy claims and trust-related litigation.
