About José António Reymão Nogueira

José António Reymão Nogueira is a senior associate at Uría Menéndez and joined the firm in 2014. From December 2017 to March 2018, he was on secondment in the Madrid office. He focuses his practice on corporate and banking and finance law and has wide experience in M&A transactions and national and international financing transactions (especially corporate finance, structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions). He has also assisted in numerous due diligence processes and negotiations in M&A and the sale and purchase of credits.
