About Lindsey A. White

Lindsey A. White is a partner at Shawe Rosenthal. Lindsey is an experienced litigator representing management in employment cases in state and federal court, and before administrative agencies. Lindsey also advises companies on a wide range of personnel issues, such as FMLA, reasonable accommodations, and employee discipline and termination. Lindsey provides a wide range of employment training to management and employees. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association. Lindsey is also the management-side conference planning chair for the American Bar Association’s National Symposium on Technology in Labor and Employment.
