About Susanne Pech

Susanne Pech is a counsel located at the CMS Hamburg office and a member of the CMS life sciences/intellectual property team. Susanne has particular expertise in advising clients in the life science sector on regulatory matters and product liability. She regularly advises German, Canadian and US companies on regulatory issues concerning the distribution of medicinal cannabis and CBD products. Furthermore, she advises companies regarding the planned legalisation of recreational cannabis in Germany. Her latest publications are: "A new market for start-ups?
