About Thomas J Madigan

Thomas J Madigan is a shareholder, head of Buchanan's construction group and has more than 30 years of experience. Thomas represents owners, general contractors, construction managers, engineers and manufacturers and suppliers of systems, products and materials utilized in construction. He is experienced in all aspects of construction law. He has extensive knowledge of all types of project delivery systems, including traditional design-bid-build, design-build, EPC, DBOM, and public-private partnerships. Thomas is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, serves as a council member for the Allegheny County Bar Association Construction Law Section, and serves on the American Arbitration Association’s National Construction Panel.
