About Jason A D'Amico

Jason A D'Amico is a shareholder in Buchanan's real estate practice who focuses on the representation of developers, landlords, investors, tenants and real estate investment trusts in office, retail and industrial real estate transactions and lenders and borrowers in commercial/corporate finance transactions. He has experience representing clients in a range of real estate transactions from small office leases to the representation of investors and developers in large, mixed-use developments. Jason's property work has included the representation of clients in the purchase and sale of commercial property, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, commercial, retail and build-to-suit leases, mortgage and construction financing, sale-leasebacks, data center contracts, construction contracts and option agreements.
