About Ken Siepman

Ken Siepman is a shareholder at Ogletree Deakins who assists employers with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Occupational Safety and Health Act, Title VII and National Labor Relations Act matters. Ken represents employers in court and arbitration, as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Department of Labor (DOL). He has numerous reported decisions. Ken also focuses on litigation avoidance and counselling, including training on ADA, FMLA, OSHA, wage and hour labour laws, hiring/interviewing, employee terminations, workplace harassment/discrimination, and positive employee relations. Ken is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a Best Lawyer since 2010, and a frequent author and presenter for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, including the 2020 ADA Guide.
