About Bonnie Martin

Bonnie Martin is a shareholder at Ogletree Deakins who routinely defends employers against claims related to breach of contract, Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, background checks under the Fair Credit Reporting Act equal pay, Fair Labor Standards Act, harassment, discrimination and retaliation in state and federal courts. She consistently ranks among the attorneys with the most appearances on behalf of employers in Indiana’s federal courts. Bonnie also focuses on management training, counselling and all facets of workplace investigations. She is a regular presenter for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Bonnie co-authored the Chamber's Workplace Harassment Guide and is a member of the Chamber Board of Directors.
