About Michael I. Bernstein

Michael I. Bernstein is a senior labor and employment law attorney at Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, but began his career with the National Labor Relations Board. Since entering private practice, he has represented management in all facets of labor and employment law. In 2015, the New York State Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section) honored Michael with its Lifetime Achievement Award. He has also been elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, the American Bar Foundation and the New York Bar Foundation. Michael is a past member of the Second Circuit Credentials Committee at the College of Labor of Employment Lawyers.
