About Louis P. DiLorenzo

Louis P. DiLorenzo has practiced labor and employment law for more than 35 years and is managing member of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC’s White Plains and New York City offices. He is past chair of Bond’s labor and employment department. Louis represents management in collective bargaining, workplace investigations, NLRB proceedings, labor audits, wage and hour issues, arbitration, jury trials in state and federal courts, and employment litigation before the EEOC and the Human Rights Division. His publications include “The Essential Guide to New York Employment Law,” NYS Bar Journal, 2021; Chambers US Regional Employment Guide 2019, New York chapter; and New York Human Resources Manual, Business Council of New York (14th ed.). In 2020 he received a Burton Award, Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award.
