About Howard M. Miller

Howard M. Miller is a labor and employment law attorney focusing on higher education, school law, and private-sector clients. His representation includes employment discrimination and retaliation claims, noncompete and trade secret cases and complex matters for educational institutions. He has won two significant appellate court decisions strengthening and cementing New York’s “Faithless Servant Doctrine.” Many of Howard’s cases have received media attention and have been reported in national employment law periodicals.
