About Neil S Talegaonkar

Neil S Talegaonkar practices out of the firm’s Richmond, Virginia, office. Neil did his undergraduate work at Tulane University and received his law degree in 1999 from the University of Richmond School of Law. He has extensive experience in counseling and litigation, including in administrative proceedings and in court. Neil provides particular employment law support to healthcare organizations. He has served the Virginia State Bar as a member of its Committee on the Future of Law Practice and currently serves as an elected member of Bar Council, the Virginia State Bar’s representative governing body. Neil is also a member of the governing Council of the Virginia Bar Association’s Section on Labor and Employment Law. Having served on numerous non-profit boards in the past, Neil currently serves as President of ACTS RVA.
