About Monika Roy

Monika Roy is a senior associate at DSK Legal and a part of the firm’s energy, infrastructure, project development and finance group. She has more than eight years' experience in advising private and government entities in procurements for project development, public-private partnerships projects, engineering, procurement and construction projects, operation and maintenance projects and other such infrastructure projects. Monika specialises in procurement management, overall procurement advisory, post-award contract management and the drafting of procurement documents, including requests for qualification, requests for proposal, and concession agreements. Her experience in procurement and projects covers ports, airports, roads, urban transport and other infrastructure assets across India.
