About Sabrina Martin

Sabrina Martin is a local partner at Loyens & Loeff, and a member of the litigation and risk management practice group in the firm's Luxembourg office. She leads the Luxembourg employment and benefits team and focuses on international litigation, employment, real estate, civil, corporate and contract law, data protection, innovation and commercial litigation. Sabrina has more than 25 years of experience in advising clients on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation cases. She also advises and assists clients on dispute resolution, employment law, contract, commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on start-ups and new technology legal issues. Sabrina started up her own law firm (Martin Avocats) in 2005 and developed the first legal tech in Luxembourg (her own legal advice platform, MLO) to address start-ups' needs and foster innovation.
