About Nelli Kluschin

Nelli Kluschin is a senior tax associate at Loyens & Loeff who focuses on cross-border tax structuring for multinationals, investment funds and family-owned businesses. She specialises in Luxembourg and international tax planning, and has a focus on corporate reorganisations, private equity and the structuring of investment funds, as well as international real estate investments. Nelli is a member of the firm-wide France region team and increasingly serves the French-speaking market. She is also a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the Luxembourg Branch of the IFA.
