About Youssef el Harchaoui

Youssef el Harchaoui is a senior associate in Loyens & Loeff's employment and benefits practice group in the Netherlands. He has nine years' experience in advising on all-round employment law, with a particular focus on the employment law aspects of M&A deals and restructurings, employee representation procedures and dismissals of managing directors and other top management. Youssef has gained vast experience in both sensitive and high-profile employment cases. He regularly (co)publishes articles and comments in various employment case law journals, and also presents at client seminars.
