About Iris Veldman
Iris Veldman
is a senior attorney at law and a member of the investment management practice group based in the Loyens & Loeff Amsterdam office. She previously worked in the investment management team in the firm’s offices in New York and Luxembourg. Iris assists managers with the formation of their alternative investment funds as well as on their platform transactions. She has been seconded with large private equity fund managers both in Amsterdam and in Stockholm, where she gained experience at the manager’s side.
