About Rahat Dar

Rahat Dar is a senior associate whose practice includes banking and financial services, Islamic finance, M&A, capital markets, infrastructure and project finance, and general corporate and commercial law. Rahat has co-authored publications on Islamic finance and lending and taking security in the UAE. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, and has an MA in law (banking and capital markets) from the University of Westminster.
