About Fiorella F Alvino

Fiorella F Alvino is a partner at NUNZIANTE MAGRONE. Firoella specialises in commercial law, M&A, private equity and capital markets, and international joint ventures; she was named “leading practitioner” in 2020 in the M&A, corporate governance and energy field. Following her Law degree at the University of Milan, she completed a Seminar in American Legal Studies at the Centre for International Legal Studies, Salzburg, Austria; an Orientation Programme in the US Legal System at the University of Georgetown, USA; and an LLM at Harvard Law School, USA. She is a member of the Board of Advisors of the American University of Rome. Fiorella speaks fluent English and French.
