About Paul Gilbert

Paul Gilbert became a partner at Cleary Gottlieb in 2021 and focuses on EU and UK competition law, including merger control, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and sectoral regulation. He has represented clients before the European Commission, Competition and Markets Authority, Competition Appeal Tribunal, and Court of Appeal. He was previously Deputy Director of Competition Policy at the UK Office of Fair Trading.
