About Richard Le Liard

Richard Le Liard is a partner in the Jersey funds and investment structures team at Bedell Cristin, but also supports the Cayman Islands practice on a number of matters. Richard specialises in establishing and advising investment funds and fund services businesses. He also has a strong regulatory practice, and his advice is sought in all areas of financial services regulation, data protection, international tax compliance (including economic substance) and the local AML/CFT regime. He also has considerable experience in matters of corporate and commercial law. Richard participates in local industry groups and regularly gives presentations on matters to do with funds and regulation.
