About Martin Paul

Martin Paul is a partner at Bedell Cristin and heads the funds and investment structures group. He has considerable offshore finance experience, particularly in relation to real estate funds, private equity funds and related investment structures, but encompassing many other areas. Martin is noted for blending his considerable technical expertise and experience with in-depth commercial understanding and insight, derived from many years of assisting clients in the sector. Martin regularly speaks at and participates in industry events. He is a member of a number of Jersey finance/industry working groups that examine topical funds issues and he chairs the education committee of the Jersey Funds Association.
