Alexander Hawkins
is a senior associate in Mourant’s international trusts and private client practice in Guernsey. He assists trustees and beneficiaries, international families, family offices and high net worth individuals with all aspects of trust law, pension law and wealth and succession structuring, including any consequential litigation such as court sanctions. Alexander regularly advises trust companies and trustees in respect of all matters concerning offshore trust administration including disclosure obligations and fiduciary duties, challenges to the validity of trusts, removing trustees, breach of trust, conflict of interest issues and Public Trustee v Cooper blessing applications. He has a broad contentious and non-contentious private client practice.
