About Samuel Beighton

Samuel Beighton is a partner in Gowling WLG's EU, trade and competition team. Samuel works with clients to enable them to grow and protect their businesses, advising on merger control issues in relation to key strategic acquisitions and investments. With a background in competition law economics, Samuel regularly represents clients before competition authorities (including the UK's Competition and Markets Authority, and the European Commission), and has a track record of successfully securing merger clearances in jurisdictions worldwide, across a broad range of sectors.
