About Tim Shepherd

Tim Shepherd is the head of Cains’ banking and finance practice, and has over 25 years’ experience of advising on complex multi-jurisdictional finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers. He has worked in London, Bermuda and, since 2006, in the Isle of Man with Cains. His clients include international banks and other financial institutions, alternative lenders, advisory firms (including those providing restructuring services) and corporate entities in a wide range of industry sectors. Tim qualified as a solicitor in England in 1997, as an attorney in Bermuda in 2004 and as a Manx advocate in 2008.
