About Peter Clucas

Peter Clucas is Cains’ managing director and heads its litigation practice. He has more than 20 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation. Peter regularly acts for a wide range of institutional and non-institutional clients in complex multi-party commercial disputes, and has significant experience in defending clients in relation to injunction and disclosure orders. He has a particular focus on insolvency and court-approved corporate restructuring (including schemes of arrangement and capital and debt restructuring), as well as regularly advising on requirements imposed under the Isle of Man’s anti-money laundering laws.
