Jeffrey Harvey is a partner and chair of the global technology and outsourcing practice group at Hunton Andrews Kurth. His practice focuses on global outsourcing and technology transactions, complex e-commerce transactions, software audit management and compliance, IoT adoption and implementation, global ERP system implementation and integration, SMAC (social media, mobile technologies, analytics and cloud) transactions, digital media placement and buys, and cloud/as-a-service transactions across a wide variety of industries. Jeff has negotiated and documented significant sourcing and other IT transactions valued at several billion US dollars across the globe, and has assisted his clients with the post-execution management of those transactions.
