About Elizabeth Richmond

Elizabeth Richmond of Clayton Utz has more than 14 years' experience in regulatory enforcement proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia, including in relation to alleged criminal conduct. She is also experienced in the management of transactions through the Australian merger clearance process and has been involved in two of a handful of such merger matters to be litigated in Australia. Elizabeth is a member of the American Bar Association and International Bar Association and is co-chair of the IBA Antitrust Litigation Working Group.
