About Fredrik Lassenius

Fredrik Lassenius is a partner at Waselius & Wist and has more than 20 years' experience in M&A and international transactions, including as the head of Nokia’s M&A legal team and in private practice. He joined Waselius & Wist in 2016 and co-heads the M&A department. Fredrik’s experience from several of Nokia’s landmark transactions gives him a unique perspective and insight into assisting clients in complex transactions. His clients include foreign private equity investors and private equity-backed technology and other companies. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Finnish Bar Association, and has published numerous articles on M&A.
