About Kristian Karlsson

Kristian Karlsson is a partner whose main area of expertise in the fintech space is financial regulation, anti-money laundering and transactional work. He advises companies conducting regulated activities as well as borrowers and lenders in connection with various other types of financing transactions. Mr Karlsson is active in presenting in industry events, including the annual RegTech Day and the Nordic Fintech Summit, on various topics, such as sustainable financing. He is also a member of the Finnish Bar Association's expert group on securities markets and finance law, and the Monterey Funds Club, an alliance of specialist investment fund lawyers across Europe.
