Tuomas Honkinen is a counsel at Castrén & Snellman, specialising in private equity and venture capital investments and private M&A. He has advised clients in a large number of domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as acting for private equity sponsors and industrial clients that include start-up and expansion stage companies.
