About Miika Junttila

Miika Junttila is a counsel at Castrén & Snellman, where he specialises in a variety of telecommunications, technology, and IT-related transactions. Miika has extensive experience of drafting service and technology-related outsourcing and transition agreements. Before joining Castrén & Snellman, he spent nearly 15 years working in various in-house counsel roles in a major Finnish multinational company and is therefore very familiar with the problems and challenges that the firm’s clients and their businesses face both domestically and in their cross-border transactions. Miika is known for the very pragmatic approach he takes when giving advice and his willingness to always seek to understand the technical and commercial underpinnings of each project.
