About Olaf Koktvedgaard

Olaf Koktvedgaard is a partner at Bruun & Hjejle and advises on a wide range of EU and competition law issues, with a main focus on disputes. He has extensive experience in merger control, including complex merger processes, dominance issues, state aid and cartel investigations, including criminal defence and follow-on damages litigation. He regularly litigates before the European Court of Justice and the Danish courts, and has litigated several of the major Danish state aid and competition cases.
