Nele Van Kerrebroeck is a counsel within the employment and incentives practice, with over ten years of experience. She heads Linklaters' employment practice in Belgium and advises on different aspects of employment law, from transactional and business restructuring projects to general advisory work. Her main areas of practice include employee representative bodies, transfer of undertakings, cross-border mergers, collective dismissals, individual dismissals including protected employees, union actions and employment litigation.
