Jennifer Granado Aranzana
is an associate at Linklaters who advises clients on the full range of employment law issues. Her areas of expertise include restructurings and transactional projects, incentives and executive compensation, EU-driven ESG matters, individual employment issues (discrimination, termination, data privacy) and collective labour law (strikes, protected employees). Jennifer also specialises in pensions, with a focus on (cross-border) transactions. She holds masters degrees in law from the VUB and the University of California, Berkeley, and in pension law from the Catholic University of Leuven. She is an academic researcher with the VUB, regularly speaks at seminars and has published a book and several articles in industry journals.
