About Christian Minette

Christian Minette is an associate in Linklaters' Belgian employment and incentives practice. He was admitted to the Antwerp Bar after gaining professional experience as an HR adviser to a multinational company. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of labour, employment and incentive matters and assists them before the court, combining technical capabilities with business acumen gained during his inhouse experience and his masters in general management from Vlerick Business School. While working in HR, he assisted in the preparation and execution of a large collective dismissal procedure. Christian combines his broad academic and professional backgrounds to provide a no-nonsense and pragmatic approach.
