About Sarah Wared

Sarah Wared is a partner in Wolf Theiss' Corporate/M&A team based in Vienna, Austria, and specialises in M&A, corporate takeover law, capital markets law and private foundation law. Her experience includes numerous cross-border public and private M&A transactions (including private equity transactions) and structuring complex joint ventures in a wide range of industry sectors, including financial institutions, healthcare and technology, media and telecoms. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Sarah worked for other major law firms in Vienna and also gained international experience in the United States, Singapore and Germany. She is admitted to the Bar in both Austria and Germany. Sarah is the author of various publications on selected issues of Austrian corporate law, and regularly contributes to industry publications in Austrian and international law journals in her area of expertise.
