About Roman Perner

Roman Perner is a partner at Schoenherr with more than 15 years of experience specialising in corporate and tax law. The focus of his practice is cross-border and domestic corporate reorganisations, especially in the financial industry. He frequently acts for clients in Austria as well as in the CEE region. Roman holds degrees in law (University of Vienna) and business administration (Vienna University of Economics and Business). He regularly publishes on corporate law matters and is a lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.
